Job summary

Free People in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a junior brand marketing professional with 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or related fields. You will assist with gifting orders, shipments, and influencer communications, while supporting creator sourcing, event invites, and campaign logistics.

You will help produce monthly/quarterly recaps, maintain marketing docs, and assist onsite at brand events and photoshoots. Some night/weekend events may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, social media, PR, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for FP Movement brand and the activewear space.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-versed in editing, grammar, and proofreading techniques.
• Extremely organized with strong time management.
• Collaborative, team-first attitude and ability to move quickly.
• Detail-oriented with strategic thinking.
• Experience with Excel, Asana, and Canva preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain marketing docs and image library.
• Support onsite for brand events and photoshoots.
• Manage daily organizational tasks to keep the marketing team and office running smoothly.
• Some occasional night and weekend events required.

This role is based in Los Angeles, CA.

The wage range for this role is $70,000-70,000. Wages are based on several factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, etc.
