Job summary

Free People is seeking a Key Holder at our Santa Rosa location to support store leadership, drive sales, and create an engaging customer experience. You will coach the team, manage daily operations, and uphold brand standards to ensure a welcoming and inspiring shopping environment.

You will participate in events, mentor staff, and help process omni-channel orders while maintaining safety and policy compliance. This role supports growth within the Free People Movement brand.

Qualifications

• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the brand.

Responsibilities
