Job summary

LaSalle Network is seeking an FP&A Business Partner in Indianapolis, IN to act as a true “mini CFO” for the local markets, owning the P&L across multiple sites and guiding forecasting and budgeting for operations leadership.

The role emphasizes financial modeling, executive storytelling, and strategic partnerships with site leaders in a fast-growing market with potential M&A activity.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated financial modeling capabilities, including forecasting and scenario-based analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate charts into a clear business story.
• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative and operate in a high-visibility, fast-moving environment.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders as a strategic finance business partner.
• Background in accounting is a plus, including comfort answering accounting-related questions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the Indianapolis market across multiple sites and deliver clear, decision-ready insights to operations leadership.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, growth planning and performance tracking for the Indianapolis business.
• Build and maintain financial models to support planning, scenario analysis and operational decision-making.
• Support monthly operating reviews, including results commentary and forward-looking performance drivers.
• Provide inputs to cash flow modeling and contribute to quarterly board-deck reporting for the Indianapolis portion.
• Drive process improvement and standardization initiatives within FP&A to improve visibility, efficiency and accuracy.

LaSalle Network is partnering with our client to hire an FP&A Business Partner in Indianapolis, IN for a Direct Hire opportunity. Our client is looking for a high-impact FP&A Business Partner who can operate as a true “mini CFO” for the Indianapolis market—owning the P&L across multiple sites and serving as a strategic finance partner to local operations leadership. The FP&A Business Partner role is ideal for someone who combines strong modeling with executive-ready storytelling.

• Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000
