Coursera, a combined Coursera + Udemy company, seeks a Senior Director of FP&A Transformation to lead the strategic roadmap and digital transformation across Consumer, Enterprise, Content, Marketing and Product lines.

You will bridge automation with business strategy, drive the consolidation of IBM Planning Analytics and Workday Adaptive Planning, mentor a small team, and oversee external consultants to ensure a seamless migration and proactive analytics culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A, Finance Transformation, or Financial Systems in tech.
• Hands-on with Workday Adaptive Planning and IBM Planning Analytics.
• Migration and platform consolidation experience.
• Strong leadership through organizational change.
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic roadmap and digital transformation of FP&A across divisions.
• Bridge automation with business strategy for enterprise metrics.
• Inherit and consolidate two planning systems into a single architecture.
• Mentor a small team and manage external consultants during migration.
• Automate reporting and improve monthly close and forecasts.
