Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive FP&A, analytics, or finance transformation experience.
• MBA preferred; bachelor’s in finance/accounting required.
• Experience redesigning or modernizing financial processes and reporting.
• Proven ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance management across divisions.
• Drive AI-first finance transformation to automate forecasting and reporting.
• Evaluate AI-enabled tech and automation with business cases and ROI fit.
• Link financial results to operational drivers and identify actionable insights.
• Partner with executives for pricing optimization and capacity planning.
• Develop dashboards and Board materials for capital investments and strategy.
• Build a scalable, tech-forward FP&A organization and team.
