Job summary

Silgan Containers, a leading metal food packaging manufacturer, is seeking an FP&A Systems Administrator in Waukesha, WI to manage Oracle EPBCS and support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and planning processes.

You’ll serve as the primary EPBCS administrator, collaborating with Finance, IT, and external partners to improve system functionality and deliver efficient FP&A support. A strong Oracle EPM background and Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, IS, CS, Business or related field.
• 5+ years administering Oracle EPBCS or comparable Oracle EPM.
• Experience configuring, maintaining, and supporting EPBCS apps.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning knowledge.
• Experience with metadata, business rules, security, forms, workflows, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for Oracle EPBCS.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize EPBCS apps, metadata, rules, security, forms, dashboards, workflows and reporting.
• Lead annual budget setup and initialization in EPBCS.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Oracle/partners for complex problems.
• Maintain system integrity, security, workflows and performance.
• Develop system docs and end-user training materials.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly planning via EPBCS.
