FP&A Systems Administrator in Waukesha, WI Silgan Containers, North America’s leading metal food packaging manufacturer, is hiring a full-time FP&A Systems Administrator to support our Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) platform and financial planning processes. This role is ideal for an experienced Oracle EPM professional who enjoys combining financial systems expertise with FP&A. You’ll play an important role in maintaining and improving Oracle EPBCS while partnering with Finance and business teams to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial planning.
As an FP&A Systems Administrator, you’ll serve as the primary administrator and technical resource for Oracle EPBCS, helping ensure the system is reliable, effective, and aligned with the needs of the Finance organization. Approximately 70% of the role will focus on Oracle EPBCS administration, implementation, optimization, troubleshooting, and user support, with the remaining 30% supporting FP&A activities. This combination provides an opportunity to apply your technical expertise while staying connected to the financial planning processes and business needs the system supports. You’ll collaborate with Finance, IT, business stakeholders, Oracle, and external implementation partners to improve system functionality, streamline processes, and support the continued development of our financial planning capabilities.
