Silgan-Containers is seeking an FP&A Systems Administrator in Wisconsin to own the Oracle EPBCS platform and support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial planning. This role blends financial systems expertise with FP&A, spending roughly 70% on administration and 30% on FP&A activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience administering Oracle EPBCS or similar Oracle EPM.
• Experience configuring, maintaining, and supporting EPBCS applications.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and FP&A processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and implement improvements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary system administrator for Oracle EPBCS.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize EPBCS apps, metadata, rules, security, forms, dashboards, workflows, and reporting.
• Lead annual EPBCS budget setup and initialization.
• Troubleshoot issues with Oracle and external partners.
• Maintain system integrity, security, workflows and performance.
• Identify automation and reporting improvements.
• Develop and maintain system docs and end-user training materials.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly planning in EPBCS.
• Assist with financial reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify key drivers and variances.

You’ll play an important role in maintaining and improving Oracle EPBCS while partnering with Finance and business teams to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial planning.About the Role:As an FP&A Systems Administrator, you’ll serve as the primary administrator and technical resource for Oracle EPBCS, helping ensure the system is reliable, effective, and aligned with the needs of the Finance organization.Approximately 70% of the role will focus on Oracle EPBCS administration, implementation, optimization, troubleshooting, and user support, with the remaining 30% supporting FP&A activities.
