Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies Texas is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead site budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. You will manage the FP&A team, translate drivers into actionable financial outlooks, and partner with commercial, operations, and supply chain to influence decisions.

You will drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, maintain financial models, and ensure strong internal controls while supporting audits and month-end close. Onsite presence is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance or FP&A with leadership experience.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis capabilities.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional leaders.
• Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS revenue recognition and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, re-budget, rolling forecast, and monthly forecast processes.
• Prepare executive-ready reporting and present results to site leadership.
• Perform variance analysis with root-cause identification and action planning.
• Manage P&L analysis across revenue, costs, depreciation, and other drivers.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain to forecast revenue and margins.
• Support month-end close and FP&A-related accounting activities.
• Maintain models, assumptions, KPIs, and documentation.
• Drive standardization, automation, and analytics using planning tools.
