Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Ten years of finance experience minimum.
• At least two years of FP&A partnering with business leaders.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A strategy: oversee strategic planning and forecasting across business units.
• Provide reporting and recommendations based on data-driven insights and scenario modeling.
• Create and deliver presentations that communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and supply chain to align financial goals.
