Eaton’s ES GEIS CHD division is seeking an FP&A Specialist - EPNA to provide reliable financial analysis for corporate, division, and business-unit management. This role supports the annual profit plan, monthly forecasts, strategy plans, and related metrics in a hybrid setting across Moon Township, PA, Highland, IL, Roanoke, VA, Washington, PA, Amarillo, TX, or Syracuse, NY.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review and analyze financial forecasts, operating budgets and strategic plans.
Provide in depth analysis on financial performance and root cause variances to forecasts.
Report the daily progress of the business toward the monthly established goals, informing management of trends.
Perform detailed SG&A expenditure analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost control.
Perform month-end closing procedures, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Propose and implement process improvements to enable more accurate reporting.
Analyze Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow statements for domestic & international units.
In some cases, act as team lead for process improvements and evaluations.
Focus on implementing standard work across EPNA with documentation for knowledge sharing.
