Job summary

Delrin USA, LLC is seeking a Specialist AI, BI, Analytics & Tools to translate business requirements into scalable analytics, dashboards and automated reporting for FP&A, accounting and treasury. This role leads analytics architecture, governance and data quality across global systems, and partners with IT and finance to deliver AI‑driven insights that support reliable decision making.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Power BI is highly valued.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance analytics, BI, or FP&A reporting, with experience in a global manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytics, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and govern the global FP&A system landscape and analytics architecture.
  • Establish standards for planning, reporting, BI, and analytics tool usage.
  • Govern system changes, releases, and enhancements in coordination with IT.
  • Design and continuously improve global management reporting frameworks and dashboard concepts.
  • Define report structures, KPIs, data models, and visualization principles.
  • Develop and maintain standardized BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
  • Govern reporting data models, data sources, and integration logic across systems.
  • Extract, transform, and prepare reporting data from multiple source systems.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, reliability, and readiness for planning and reporting platforms.
  • Implement advanced analytics, predictive models, and AI-based insights for FP&A use cases.
  • Drive automation initiatives such as workflow automation, data pipelines, and AI driven reporting.
  • Support ad hoc data analysis and complex business intelligence requests.
  • Align costing, performance management, and analytics solutions across planning, accounting, and analytics tools.
  • Coordinate closely with IT and Finance governance bodies on system architecture decisions.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in analytics processes, data solutions, and tools.

The Specialist AI, BI, Analytics & Tools role is a new and exciting opportunity to provide analytics and reporting enablement within the FP&A / Accounting & Treasury function. This role translates business requirements into scalable, automated BI and analytics solutions that enable reliable, insight‑driven management reporting and decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
Analytics Architecture & Governance
  • Define and govern the global FP&A system landscape and analytics architecture.

Ideal Profile
Background & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance analytics, BI, or FP&A reporting, with experience in a global manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytics, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions.
Skills & Capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a solid understanding of financial performance drivers.
  • Strong skillset in the use of SAP S/4HANA and Power BI/Fabric to support analytics and reporting initiatives
  • Experience working with BI, analytics, automation, and data tools to support decision making.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands on execution.
