Ideal candidates have 7+ years in financial analysis and budgeting, plus advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting required; CPA/CMA or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis and budgeting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; ability to create executive presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; explain complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Data mining large datasets from ERP systems and disparate sources.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends and risks.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports and executive presentations.
• Design and maintain 'Actual vs. Target' visualizations for leadership.
• Coordinate end-to-end annual budgeting and reforecasting processes.
• Develop predictive models and scenario analyses for strategy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
