Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an FP&A Senior Associate to support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close. You will manage the Corporate Services SG&A budget, analyze variances, and build financial models for decision support.

You will partner with cost centers and finance leadership to deliver timely reports and executive summaries. A strong Excel skillset and experience with financial planning tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of direct, proven experience in a similar finance position.
• Background collaborating with accounting teams, department heads, and leadership in mid-size or large organizations.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with financial planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Manage and develop the Corporate Services SG&A budget and analyze variances.
• Assist with monthly financial close and prepare reports for month-end outcomes.
• Create financial models to aid decision making and act as the main business partner for designated cost centers.
