Job summary

Morrico Equipment, part of the Inchcape family, is seeking a detail‑oriented FP&A professional to support planning, reporting, forecasting, and decision support.

You will partner with the Finance team and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver accurate month‑end reporting, assist with planning and budgeting, and provide insights for strategic decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with BI tools, forecasting platforms, and ERP/SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end activities, including management reporting and departmental financial reports.
• Assist with financial planning, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes.
• Prepare and analyze P&L, balance sheet, and Capex variances to provide insights for decisions.
• Monitor overhead and Capex cost-control activities.
• Gather inputs from stakeholders for actuals, forecasts, and budgets for timely submissions.
• Ensure forecasting and reporting deliverables are accurate and on time.
• Support process improvements using BI, forecasting, and financial systems.
