Job summary

Inchcape is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support FP&A activities, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. You’ll work with the Finance team and business stakeholders to provide insights for informed decisions.

The role emphasizes collaboration, analytical rigor, and the use of BI tools and ERP platforms to deliver accurate financial analysis and proactive cost control.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Experience with BI tools, forecasting platforms, and SAP/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end activities, including management reporting.

• Monitor overhead and Capex cost-control activities.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially minded finance professional to support our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities. You’ll work closely with the Finance team and key business stakeholders to provide accurate reporting, financial analysis, forecasting, and decision support.

What You’ll Do

• Support month-end activities, including management reporting and departmental financial reports.
• Assist with financial planning, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes.
• Prepare and analyze P&L, balance sheet, and Capex variances, providing meaningful insights to support business decisions.
• Monitor and support overhead and Capex cost-control activities.
• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to gather accurate and timely inputs for actuals, forecasts, budgets, and ad-hoc submissions.
• Ensure reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis deliverables are accurate and completed on time.
• Support process improvement initiatives using Business Intelligence (BI), forecasting, and other financial systems and tools.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects involving new business development, cost control, and commercial decision support.

About You

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, forecasting platforms, and/or SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
