Job summary

Morrico Equipment, part of Inchcape, is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support FP&A activities in Guam. You will work with the Finance team and key stakeholders on reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and decision support.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver insightful financial analysis and drive business decisions. Ideal candidates have an Associate’s degree in Accounting/Finance and FP&A experience, with proficiency in BI

Qualifications

Associates degree in accounting, finance or related field.
Experience in FP&A and financial planning processes.
Proficiency with BI tools, forecasting platforms, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Support month-end closing and management reporting.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and annual plan.
Prepare and analyze P&L, balance sheet and Capex variances.
Monitor overhead and Capex cost-control activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs for actuals, forecasts, and ad-hoc requests.
Support process improvements using BI and financial systems.
