Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling skills with advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, scenario modeling).
• Experience with budget/forecast processes, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Ability to communicate financial findings clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with scalable, repeatable processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for internal cost centers (Tech, HR, Talent Acquisition).
• Build driver-based financial models and monthly reporting packages for leadership.
• Lead vendor spend optimization, contract negotiations, and procurement process design.
• Track ROI across corporate suppliers and translate insights into strategic decisions.
