Job summary

Abacum, a leading Business Planning solution for finance teams, seeks a Professional Services Associate to drive successful implementations and value realization. You will craft financial models, onboard clients, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to innovate on features.

With 2+ years in financial planning/EPM implementations, you will explain complex concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders, leveraging Excel to build robust models within Agile projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing a financial planning/EPM platform.
• Ability to explain financial and technical concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, consolidation).
• Proficiency with Excel and ability to build financial models.
• Experience with SaaS project tools and Agile/hybrid methodologies.
• Strong client-facing communication, comfortable presenting to and influencing senior finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of implementation projects, driving customers to success and value realization on the platform.
• Follow project plans, respecting deadlines, and communicating proactively about progress and risks.
• Craft best-in-class financial models to optimize and enhance clients' existing processes.
• Onboard, train, and support clients, transforming them into Abacum experts.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to brainstorm and develop innovations in our features.
