2K is seeking a Manager, FP&A to serve as the financial bridge between Studios and Publishing. You will partner with Studio Heads, translate P&L data into actionable business narratives, and maintain rigorous global financial standards.

You will present findings to leaders, influence decisions, and manage planning with limited supervision while collaborating with senior stakeholders on complex items. This role is based in California and requires strong Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of progressive FP&A, management consulting, or business-facing finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; practical industry knowledge.
• Mastery of FP&A duties (forecasting, variance analysis, modeling) with strong business insight.
• Strong communication skills and ability to frame financials for non-financial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex P&L data into actionable narratives for Studio Leaders and partners.
• Present financial analysis to leadership with clear key drivers and implications.
• Lead the Annual Operating Budget process with studio management.
• Provide decision modeling and scenario planning for lifetime P&Ls and initiatives.
• Model resource utilization with HR and Studio leads; assess talent financial impact.
• Identify KPIs and deliver monthly variance analyses with narrative insights.
• Implement financial workflows that integrate with studio operations.
