Job summary

Highmark Health in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Finance Planning Manager to oversee forecasting cycles, reporting, and financial analysis for enterprise initiatives. You will lead cost allocations, model enhancements, and risk/opportunity review with senior leaders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field; a Master’s is preferred. At least 5 years in finance with management experience is expected, and CMA/CPA credentials are a plus. Travel up to 25% may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct management responsibilities including hiring, termination decisions, coaching, and staff development.
• Direct completion of revenue, claim, and administrative expense components of the forecast and communicate results to senior management.
• Provide cost information support and prepare cost reports using allocation methodologies to the business.
• Manage ad-hoc financial analyses and communicate results to senior leadership.
• Train, coach and develop staff members.
