Job summary

Olive & June is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis in a fast-growing consumer brand. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has strong modeling skills, startup or high-growth experience, and a track record of building scalable FP&A processes. You will work with data, identify trends, and present clear recommendations to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or related analytical experience.
• Experience in startup or high-growth company.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and business drivers.
• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop and maintain integrated financial models for strategic planning.
• Monitor performance against budget and forecast; identify risks/opps.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for leadership.
• Partner with leaders across Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Sales, and People teams.
• Analyze drivers such as revenue, gross margin, CAC, inventory, and expenses.
• Evaluate growth initiatives and ROI analyses.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decisions and opportunities.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to improve visibility of performance.
