Deriva Energy, a leading North American renewables company, is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A in Charlotte, NC. The role owns the corporate planning model, drives forecasting, and partners with operations, asset management, and development teams to support capital allocation decisions.

You will lead a small team, deliver period close analyses and Board-ready materials, and advance automation and data quality across planning tools in a sponsor-backed growth environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Five years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, Big 4 or corporate development.
• In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, associate’s degree and eight years relevant experience.
• In lieu of an associate’s degree, HS Diploma and ten years relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and forecast annual budget, rolling forecasts and long-range plan.
• Own the integrated corporate model and run scenario analyses.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly results, KPI dashboards, variance analysis.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership, Board, and sponsor reporting.
• Partner with Operations, Asset Management, Development, and corporate functions.
• Provide analysis for M&A, asset sales, financings, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive standardization, automation, and data quality in planning tools.
• Coach and develop FP&A analysts and manage workload.
