Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with Finance and Accounting, department heads, and senior management to develop budgets and long-term financial plans, translate data into actionable insights, and present metrics to the Board.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in finance, a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred), and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
Master of Science in Mathematical Finance & Financial Technology or Financial Engineering preferred.
4–5 years of experience in finance and/or accounting.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial performance analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Analyze financial performance, trends, and drivers to identify risks and opportunities.
Prepare financial metrics and presentations for senior leadership and the Board.
Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for management decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives.
