Blue Cross NC is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead a finance team and partner with operating divisions. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial discipline to support short- and long-term business strategy.

You will collaborate across Finance, engage senior leaders, and translate operational drivers into financial results while ensuring resources are optimized and aligned with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in a related field.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional finance activities including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Engage divisional leadership to develop and communicate annual operating budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Integrate operational metrics with financial management goals and strategies for decision support.
• Advise senior management on long- and short-term financial implications of initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance to align long-term expense targets with pricing/affordability.
