InnovateCore is seeking an FP&A Manager in Missouri to own the numbers and provide clear, GAAP-aligned financial leadership. The role focuses on contract review, intercompany flow mapping, and monitoring liquidity metrics while guiding the annual audit process.

You will build budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses and translate complex GAAP dashboards into plain language for non-finance leaders. This is a remote-friendly, growth-oriented path in St. Louis.

• Comfort making finance decisions in a MO market.
• History of improving finance processes
• Willingness to learn when to follow or break the process (7 years)
• Ability to teach others and share knowledge

Aufgaben

• Review contracts and invoices for accuracy before payment release
• Map intercompany flows so consolidation is clean
• Monitor DSO and DPO together
• Chase unreconciled items until subledger ties to GL
• Lead the year-end audit from PBC list to signed opinion
• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts and variance analyses
• Translate GAAP dashboards into plain language for leaders
• Guide auditors through documentation so it answers itself
