Job summary

Milestone Retirement Communities is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to support the Chief Compliance Officer with financial insight across independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The role builds and maintains financial models, monitors portfolio performance, and coordinates with third party accounting services to optimize payables and general accounting matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA is a plus.
• Three or more years of relevant financial analysis experience required.
• Prior supervisory or lead-analyst experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of the health care or senior living sector is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA beneficial; strong Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for occupancy, revenue, labor, expense, and margin analysis.
• Define metrics, KPIs, formats, and distribution cadence of recurring financial reporting.
• Coordinate with third party accounting services on payables and general accounting issues.
• Develop proformas and financial scenarios for new assisted living business opportunities.
• Support budgeting processes and monitor performance against forecast.
