The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvements to support strategic planning and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A roles.
• 3+ years’ experience with SAP, Excel, PPT, Tableau experience supporting biz partnership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead the annual FP&A budgeting process with stakeholders to establish targets and allocate resources.
• Analyze financial performance via variance, trend, and profitability analyses; provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess financial impact of decisions and support strategic planning.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for long-term planning and decision-making.
• Evaluate financial performance of business units, product lines, and projects to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
• Design, implement, and improve FP&A processes, systems, and tools to enhance accuracy and reporting.
