Job summary

Locke Solutions is a fast-growing manufacturer with headquarters north of Pearland, TX. We seek an FP&A Manager to own budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, leading an offshore team and building scalable reporting across plants and products.

You will partner with Operations, Estimating, and Business Excellence to translate data into actionable insights and drive margin visibility, cost control, and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent quantitative field.
• 5–7 years of progressive FP&A experience including budgeting/forecasting ownership.
• Experience in manufacturing, building products, fabrication, or project-based construction.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget process end to end, including assumptions, build, review cycles, and leadership presentation.
• Maintain a rolling forecast updated at each monthly close and reconciled to actual results.
• Own the 13-week cash forecast, coordinating with Accounting and CFO on inputs.
• Build long-range plans and scenario analyses for revenue, margin, and cash.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to give leadership visibility without manual builds.
• Direct the offshore analyst team and drive automation across planning and reporting.
