Littelfuse, a diversified industrial technology company headquartered in Chicago, is seeking an FP&A Manager for the Industrial Segment to join the Finance team in Rosemont, Illinois. This role drives financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for a ~$500M segment across multiple businesses.

You will collaborate with Segment leadership, Corporate FP&A, and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, support strategic decisions, and drive continuous improvement in

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or business partnering experience.
• Experience supporting multi-business, multi-entity, or multi-P&L organizations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and performance management skills.
• Experience with ERP and planning tools such as SAP, OneStream, HFM, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning activities for the Industrial Segment.
• Analyze revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, and working capital performance to provide actionable business insights.
• Develop financial reporting and performance narratives to support leadership decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives.
