Job summary

Gelmart Industries is seeking a hands-on FP&A Manager in Bentonville, AR to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis that informs leadership decisions. You will build models connecting sales, margins, inventory, and costs, monitor variances, and communicate actionable guidance.

You will partner with the VP of Finance and senior accounting to publish monthly results, support forecast updates, and highlight risks and opportunities with practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience including budgeting, forecasting, or FP&A for a business unit.
• Experience in wholesale apparel or selling to major national retailers is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling skills with clearly defined assumptions and adaptable models.
• Ability to interpret P&L and balance sheet and connect activities to results; multi-entity or multi-currency reporting helpful.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis with interest in automation and AI-supported reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget and recurring forecasts for sales, margin, and expenses with updated assumptions as conditions change.
• Build and maintain financial models linking sales, pricing, product mix, inventory, and landed costs for scenario analysis.
• Monitor and explain variances in sales, margin, and costs; flag changes early and recommend actions.
• Analyze pricing, profitability by customer/program, costs, and proposed investments to support decisions.
• Publish monthly financial package for VP of Finance and incorporate insights into forecasts.
• Provide forward-looking assessments on results, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Own weekly EOS scorecard updates for key financial measures and highlight exceptions and actions.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring data prep and improve reporting, using AI where it supports analysis.
