Job summary

enGen is seeking a seasoned Finance Planning & Analysis leader to manage all facets of planning and forecasting across the organization. You will oversee reporting, variance analysis, and model enhancements, while coaching staff and driving strategic initiatives.

This role requires strong business partnering and communication with senior management. The incumbent will lead end-to-end economic analyses, supporting budgets and long-range plans, and ensure adherence to policy and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Finance with 3+ years in a management role.
• Preferred CMA or CPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and forecasting cycles, including reporting, variance analysis, and cost allocations.
• Develop and enhance forecast models and communicate results to senior management.
• Coach and develop staff; hire/terminate decisions and performance management as needed.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analyses and support business cases for strategic initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to policies and drive process improvements in financial planning.
