Job summary

Fusion Energy Base is hiring an FP&A Manager in Kearny, NJ. This on-site role partners with Finance & Operations to manage high-capital projects, build financial models, and drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

You'll lead CapEx-intensive planning, implement FP&A tools, and provide strategic support to Engineering, Operations, and Procurement, delivering concise insights to executives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate FP&A or strategic finance
• At least 2+ years leading CapEx planning
• Experience in hardware-heavy industries such as aerospace, energy storage, or manufacturing

Responsibilities

• High-CapEx project financial management and modeling across assets and procurement.
• Build and standardize FP&A processes including budgeting and forecasting.
• Own the core 3-statement financial model to support strategy and fundraising.
• Translate financial data into dashboard metrics for Board and leadership.
