Job summary

Rimkus is seeking a Manager of Corporate FP&A to lead consolidated reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics. You will own the board package, build FP&A dashboards in Power BI, and partner with corporate departments on spend, headcount, and planning.

The role requires 6+ years in FP&A, a strong finance background, and eligibility to work in the United States. A CPA/CFA/MBA is a plus. Excellent communication and process discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, mathematics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of Finance/FP&A experience; prior corporate FP&A experience strongly preferred.
• Experience preparing board-level or executive-level reporting materials.
• Experience supporting a multi-entity, multi-currency organization.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage consolidated management reporting for executive leadership.
• Own monthly/quarterly board package production with supporting analytics.
• Partner on annual budget and forecasts; design templates and consolidate submissions.
• Build and maintain FP&A Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Serve as finance business partner to corporate departments; monitor spend and headcount.
• Develop automated workflows for data preparation and reconciliation.
• Query and model data from the Fabric data warehouse and ERP systems.
• Provide variance analyses with clear operational drivers.
• Develop financial models for forecasting and long-range planning.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support decision making.
• Improve FP&A processes, controls, and cycle time; contribute to special projects.
