Job summary

Rimkus seeks a seasoned FP&A Manager to lead consolidated reporting, budgeting, and analytics. You will own board package production, build FP&A dashboards in Power BI, and partner with corporate departments on spend reviews and headcount planning.

Multi-entity, multi-currency experience and US work eligibility are essential for success. Join a centralized FP&A function reporting to the VP and contribute to long-range planning, scenario analysis, and ad hoc analyses.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, mathematics, or a related field.
6+ years of Finance/FP&A experience; corporate FP&A preferred.
Experience preparing board-level or executive-level reporting materials.
Experience supporting a multi-entity, multi-currency organization is preferred.
CPA, CFA, or MBA in finance, accounting, information systems, mathematics, or a related field is a plus but not required.
Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Manage consolidated management reporting, translating consolidation into monthly and quarterly packages for executive leadership.
Own end-to-end production of monthly and quarterly board packages, including schedules, exhibits, and analytics.
Collaborate on annual budgets and periodic reforecasts, designing templates and consolidating submissions.
Build and maintain FP&A Power BI dashboards, data models, and documentation.
Serve as finance business partner to corporate departments, supporting budget ownership and variance reviews.
Develop workflows to automate data preparation, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
Query and model data from the Microsoft Fabric data warehouse and ERP sources for reporting and analysis.
Provide variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year with driver commentary.
Develop financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and long-range planning.
Perform ad hoc analyses to support decisions and continuously improve FP&A processes.
Contribute to special projects as needed.
