Job summary

Rimkus seeks a seasoned FP&A Manager to lead consolidated reporting, budgeting, and analytics. You will own board package production, build FP&A dashboards in Power BI, and partner with corporate departments on spend reviews and headcount planning.

Multi-entity, multi-currency experience and US work eligibility are essential for success. Join a centralized FP&A function reporting to the VP and contribute to long-range planning, scenario analysis, and ad hoc analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, mathematics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of Finance/FP&A experience; corporate FP&A preferred.
• Experience preparing board-level or executive-level reporting materials.
• Experience supporting a multi-entity, multi-currency organization is preferred.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA in finance, accounting, information systems, mathematics, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage consolidated management reporting, translating consolidation into monthly and quarterly packages for executive leadership.
• Own end-to-end production of monthly and quarterly board packages, including schedules, exhibits, and analytics.
• Collaborate on annual budgets and periodic reforecasts, designing templates and consolidating submissions.
• Build and maintain FP&A Power BI dashboards, data models, and documentation.
• Serve as finance business partner to corporate departments, supporting budget ownership and variance reviews.
• Develop workflows to automate data preparation, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
• Query and model data from the Microsoft Fabric data warehouse and ERP sources for reporting and analysis.
• Provide variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year with driver commentary.
• Develop financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and long-range planning.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support decisions and continuously improve FP&A processes.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.
