Job summary

Kearney is seeking an FP&A Manager for the Americas Finance team in Chicago. You will partner with finance and leadership to forecast, budget, and analyze performance, driving profitability and strategic insights across the Americas region.

You will manage month-end close activities, support revenue recognition, and identify opportunities to improve financial planning and reporting. Hybrid in-office expectations apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 7+ years in finance, accounting, or FP&A; professional services experience a plus.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to relate insights to leadership.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with SAP; Power BI and Anaplan are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly/quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting with stakeholders.
• Conduct performance analyses across actuals, forecasts, and budgets to identify trends and risks.
• Analyze SG&A and profitability at various levels to support decision-making.
• Review staff utilization and client hours to understand financial impact.
• Support revenue recognition with project and financial teams; perform variance analyses.
