Job Summary

The role involves leading consolidation efforts, acting as a subject matter expert, and managing processes and ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

1. Forecasting
   • Review templates, consolidate analysis, and prepare presentations to enable the budget and forecast process.
   • Perform complex forecasting, including strategic long-term models.
2. Reporting
   • Oversee the preparation and analysis of regular executive and operational reports for financial and non-financial KPIs, including complex reporting initiatives.
3. Business Partnering
   • Influence decisions made by leaders across functions, understand business needs, and deliver solutions.
4. Financial Analysis
   • Identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational issues.
5. Control/Compliance
   • Complete purchase order approvals, new headcount approvals, and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX).
6. Sales Commission
   • Review and approve sales commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance or related fields preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred.
• Master's degree (MBA) preferred.
• CPA/CFA certification preferred.
