We’re looking for a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, as our first FP&A hire to shape our strategic and financial future. What You Will Do

1. Define the FP&A function as our first FP&A hire, reporting to the VP of Finance.
2. Partner with leadership to develop and own both near-term and long-term financial plans.
3. Build business cases to drive decisions on product and go-to-market strategies.
4. Develop internal data and analytics strategies and tools from scratch.
5. Design and prepare recurring updates for leadership and the board on financial progress.

What You Will Bring

1. 6+ years of experience in startup, manufacturing, EV, DTC, or high-paced environments.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into insights.
3. Experience in finance related to corporate modeling, strategic finance, go-to-market, manufacturing, or engineering.
4. Experience working in ambiguous, scaling environments.
5. Proven ability to create business case analyses for strategic decisions.
6. Expertise in Excel and at least one analytics tool (SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, Hex). Oracle NetSuite experience is a plus.
7. Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with minimal direction.

The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
