Job summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an FP&A Manager in Lake Katrine, NY to lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for senior leadership and the board. This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of finance and strategy, guiding decisions with robust analysis.

You will own the budgeting and forecasting processes, drive KPI tracking, and partner with the CFO to automate reporting and ensure compliance with audits and capital expenditures. MBA or CPA/CFA in progress adds value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field, with 5-8+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or corporate accounting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills along with hands-on experience using an EPM/CPM platform (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Hyperion) and a major ERP system.
• Proven experience preparing for and coordinating financial audits and reviewing material agreements for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's budgeting and financial forecasting processes to support strategic, long-term business decisions.
• Prepare monthly and annual consolidated financial reporting, including department-level KPI tracking and COGS analysis by vertical.
• Maintain the product costing database and analyze profitability by item and customer to inform pricing and portfolio decisions.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and review capital expenditures and material financial agreements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Partner with the CFO, accounting team, and IT to support monthly close activities and drive reporting automation through tools like Power BI.
