Job summary

Novolex is seeking a capital finance professional to help position the function for increasing complexity, scale, and needs within the Enterprise Operations team. You will support the annual capital expenditure planning and budgeting process, reconcile forecasts by category and business unit, and build a Capital Scorecard for management review.

The role also involves assisting accounting with capitalization of labor, travel, and entertainment, policy alignment, training on capital finance

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in capital finance or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with capacity to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual capital expenditure planning/budget process.

• Build Capital Scorecard and review for issues.

Job Description

To ensure the Capital Finance function is positioned to meet the company’s increasing complexity, scale, and needs, the Enterprise Operations team will require a highly qualified individual that has the following skills and can complete the following tasks:

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $83,000-$110,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. At Novolex, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
