Novolex is seeking a Demand Planning Project Execution Lead in a hybrid role to drive successful delivery of strategic projects that improve demand planning capabilities. You will own project plans, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and ensure milestones are met while not owning ongoing forecasting operations.

This execution-focused role collaborates with Demand Planning leaders and SMEs, manages risks, and reports on project health.

Job Description

Role Overview

The Demand Planning Project Execution Lead is responsible for executing individual Demand Planning projects from initiation through implementation. This role is highly execution-focused and accountable for managing project plans, coordinating activities, driving action completion, and ensuring project deliverables are achieved.

The role does not own Demand Planning operations or forecasting activities. Instead, it ensures projects designed to improve those functions are successfully delivered.

This is a hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

• Build and maintain detailed project plans.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with Demand Planning leaders and SMEs.
• Coordinate project resources and business participation.
• Facilitate issue resolution and decision-making.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify project risks and mitigation plans.
• Escalate critical issues.
• Maintain project health reporting.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105,000-$120,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. At Novolex, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
