Job summary

Gyde is building an AI-native insurance brokerage platform and is seeking an FP&A Manager to own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling. You will produce Monthly Business Reviews, build budget-to-actual tracking, and deliver investor and lender reporting in collaboration with an outsourced accounting partner.

The role demands ownership mindset, strong analytics, and the ability to operate with limited structure.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or FP&A.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical toolkit.
• Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, or business review processes.
• Comfortable operating with limited structure and building process from scratch.
• Deep understanding of budgeting, long-term/cash flow modeling, and business reporting.
• AI experience is a strong plus

We're looking for an FP&A Manager to own the analytical backbone of a rapidly growing AI-enabled insurance distribution platform. You'll own budgeting, monthly business reviews, and long-term/cash flow modeling, and perform financial analysis - partnering directly with leadership to help steer the business, while our outsourced accounting partner continues to own monthly close and day-to-day bookkeeping. This role suits someone from an investment banking, consulting, or FP&A background who wants real ownership over how we understand and plan the business, not just execution of an existing process.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Leadership & Operations
