Job summary

Gyde is building an AI-native insurance brokerage platform and is seeking an FP&A Manager to own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling. You will produce Monthly Business Reviews, build budget-to-actual tracking, and deliver investor and lender reporting in collaboration with an outsourced accounting partner.

The role demands ownership mindset, strong analytics, and the ability to operate with limited structure.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or FP&A.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical toolkit.
• Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, or business review processes.
• Comfortable operating with limited structure and building process from scratch.
• Deep understanding of budgeting, long-term/cash flow modeling, and business reporting.
• AI experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the annual budget and ongoing budget-to-actual tracking.
• Prepare and present the Monthly Business Review (MBR) for the group and a growing number of subsidiaries.
• Cash flow modeling and forecasting.
• Prepare investor and lender reporting.
• Partner with our outsourced accounting provider on monthly close and integration items as needed.
• Lead special financial investigations and ad hoc analysis across the portfolio when something needs to be understood quickly
