Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Financial Controller for the Core Lab in Oregon. You will support day-to-day operations, forecast preparation, financial analysis, and reporting on leading and lagging indicators, while driving digitalized finance reporting across the business.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to manage P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, with a strong focus on Power BI/Tableau dashboards and IFRS/GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A/controlling roles.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint and ERP (SAP or equivalent) experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business/financial performance and identify key trends for commentary.
• Prepare executive reports and dashboards for leadership review.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Service and Finance to guide financial success of NA Instrument/Reagent Segments.
• Analyze revenue, profit, and drivers to inform recommendations for leadership.
• Support monthly performance reviews with variance analysis and management commentary.
