Job summary

Drake in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budget execution, management reporting, and working capital improvement. You will consolidate financial information, monitor against plans, and provide actionable insights to support executive decision-making.

The role partners with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Commercial, Procurement, and Supply Chain to deliver timely reports, simplify processes, and automate recurring tasks to enable strategic analysis and business partnering.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, industrial engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

Lead budget execution monitoring and budget control across business units.
Monitor budget execution through budget versus actual analysis and identify variances and cost drivers.
Own OPEX monitoring and spend visibility with tracking against budgets and forecasts.
Provide monthly/quarterly/executive management reporting including KPI monitoring and variance analysis.
Consolidate and communicate performance results for executive visibility and decision-making.
Identify working capital drivers and collaborate with teams to improve cash generation.
