Venerable is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Actuarial Manager within the Controllership team. You will report to a VP Managing Actuary and partner with Finance and Risk to deliver actuarial analysis and financial reporting.
This role emphasizes quality improvements, process efficiency, and effective storytelling of results. You will lead a team, develop talent, and drive initiatives across valuation, hedging, capital projections, and regulatory responses.
As a Financial Planning and Analysis Actuarial Manager you will report directly to a VP Managing Actuary within Venerable's Controllership team, which holds responsibility for actuarial analysis, and financial reporting. This position will collaborate with actuaries in the Finance and Risk departments, including Valuation, Hedging, RBC, Capital Projections, Investment Risk and Analytics. Additionally, this role is expected to implement solutions that contribute to quality improvements and work process effectiveness.
