Venerable seeks a Financial Planning and Analysis Actuarial Manager to lead reporting and analytics from the Controllership team. You will collaborate with Finance and Risk, including Valuation, Hedging, RBC, and Capital Projections, to deliver actionable insights and improve processes.
You will drive financial reporting accuracy, participate in strategic initiatives, and mentor a team of actuaries and analysts to strengthen overall controls and decision support.
As a Financial Planning and Analysis Actuarial Manager you will report directly to a VP Managing Actuary within Venerable’s Controllership team, which holds responsibility for actuarial analysis, and financial reporting. This position will collaborate with actuaries in the Finance and Risk departments, including Valuation, Hedging, RBC, Capital Projections, Investment Risk and Analytics. Additionally, this role is expected to implement solutions that contribute to quality improvements and work process effectiveness.
