Job summary

Direct Supply, Inc. seeks a Financial Planning and Analysis Intern to support monthly reporting and forecasting efforts. You’ll work with Finance to turn data into actionable insights and help automate recurring reports using Power BI and AI tools.

You will collaborate with Finance and business leaders to analyze results, identify drivers, and improve visibility into performance, while gaining hands-on experience in healthcare technology-focused analytics.

Qualifications

• Sophomore or higher in a four-year undergraduate program, or enrollment in a graduate program in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or a similar field.
• GPA of 3.3 or higher.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis and basic financial modeling.
• Ability to work full time during the summer (~40 hours/week) and part time during the school year (~15–20 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reporting packages used by Finance and business leaders to understand performance.
• Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends and support forecasting.
• Automate recurring financial reporting using Power BI and AI tools to reduce manual processes.
• Partner with Finance and stakeholders on ad hoc analyses and process improvements.
• Communicate financial findings and recommendations through presentations and data storytelling.
• Support tax reconciliations and related analyses with Finance and Accounting Partners.
