Job summary

ADUSA Corporate Support in Carlisle, PA offers a paid FP&A internship that develops your finance, business, and leadership skills through meaningful project work and mentoring opportunities. Applicants must be U.S. authorized for full-time work and be available May 24, 2027 through August 13, 2027.

The program uses a hybrid model with three days in the office and collaborative team exposure. You'll gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and planning, plus leadership speaker

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; teamwork.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and support to the Director and Managers of the FP&A team.
• Compile, analyze, and synthesize financial results with standardized templates and reports.
• Work closely with FP&A members on priorities and projects.
• Identify opportunities for increased efficiency across the department.
