Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field (senior/grad student preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are essential.
• High attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments is expected.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Support the transition of management reporting from market-based to product profitability perspectives.
• Develop analytics and dashboards to evaluate channel partner sales by part, product, market, and application.
• Assist with implementing Value Stream and Product Line reporting structures in HFM and validating data.
• Create Power BI or Excel-based reports and visualizations for management insight into product sales and demand trends.
• Conduct data extraction, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation from ERP and reporting systems.
• Assist with month-end close support, account analysis, and reconciliation tasks.
